These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClientLayers' website, software, and services. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ClientLayers provides website design, hosting, SEO, AI tools, and ongoing maintenance under monthly subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may be updated over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right.
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or unlawful material.
  • Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Intellectual Property

ClientLayers retains all rights to its platform, code, templates, and brand assets. You retain rights to content you supply but grant us a license to host and display it as needed to deliver the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behaviour. You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes (such as search rankings or revenue).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Málaga.
